I hired Josh to seal a metal roof on an apartment building I own. I have had it sealed several times over the years. Never has it been so thoroughly detailed. His guys scraped, ground down, washed, coated, and then sealed it for a very reasonable price. I have used several roofers in the past 30 years on my properties. However, in the future I will be calling Josh whenever I have roofing needs.

We discovered some ridge shingles had blown off following some of the recent high wind days and another storm was approaching. We called Josh at Armored Exteriors and he offered to come right over to evaluate the problem. After a short time he arrived and evaluated the damage and said he could get to it that day, gave my wife an estimate and she agreed.
